What Kind of Payment Methods Do You Accept at Your Store?
Instore:
-We accept Debit Card (with a valid PIN) on all purchases.
-We do accept cash, though have a store policy not to accept $10,000 or more for a transaction. We will NOT break a transaction into two transactions to bypass this policy.
-We accept Credit Card on all Supply purchases (books, holders, etc), and most Coin or Currency purchases, with the exclusion of Bullion or Bullion related items. We do NOT accept Credit Card for Bullion Purchases at all (even if you offer to just add the credit card processing fee to your purchase amount, Sorry).
-We may accept a Personal Check for all purchases of amounts $300 or less, unless higher dollar amount is approved, but Valid Drivers License is required in all cases. We reserve the right to require an alternative form of payment or decline the sale.
-We accept a single Cashier's Checks for all purchases. Valid Drivers License may be required. Payment must be presented as a single cashier's check, not broken into multiple cashier's checks, regardless of the dollar amount.
-We reserve the right to decline any sale, for any reason, as applicable by law.
What kind of Payment Methods Do You Accept Online?
-When shopping with us online on eBay or WhatNot, we adhere to the platforms' rules and regulations, and you can checkout with the payment method provided by that platform.
-When shopping with us online at Edgewoodcoin.online, you can purchase your items through the Basket/Checkout option at the top right of the page, and use the payment methods available as prompted.
-We reserve the right to decline any sale, for any reason, as applicable by law.
Can I Buy a Coin from Edgewoodcoin.online, At your store?
-Yes! If you are local and would like to purchase the item in-person, in-store, you can call the store and have the item held for 24 hours, unless another hold-length is approved, and purchase the item by the same methods as listed above, under "What Kind of Payment Methods Do You Accept Instore?". If item is not purchased within 24 hours or the agreed hold-length time, the item will be returned to stock. If a customer repeatedly does not arrive to purchase hold-items, we will decline to hold items for said customer.
***If You Use the Basket/Checkout option on Edgewoodcoin.online, the item may be shipped to the address listed at checkout and not available instore, and/or the instore employees may not know if you have already paid for the item. If you want to pick it up from our Jacksonville location, Call ahead for it to be held, and complete the purchase there.***

What's your refund policy?
To return an item it must be in its original certified holder or in our sealed plastic flip. We offer a 7 Day No Questions Asked Return Policy. Please contact us before returning a coin and include a tracking number. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please safely and securely mail the coin with a direct signature requirement to:
